Measure Your Waste - Week 3
Hi All,
Here’s Week 3 of our Sustainability Challenge. We’re looking more deeply into our pantries and seeing the distance that some of our food travels before arriving on our plates. Find out where your staple foods are from and what is grown/produced or simply packaged here in Australia. My pantry worked out at about 35% Australian. Is that fairly typical I wonder? I was surprised at the origin of a few of my favourites such as mayonnaise from the USA.
