Measure Your Waste Challenge - Week 4

Hi All,

Hope some of you took the opportunity to think about the food miles in your pantry audit from the last challenge.

The final stage (Part 4) is a cookery (and eating) challenge; could be a good opportunity to try something new and delicious at home. Good for your health and your wallet when done well. Hopefully later in the year back at school we can ‘taste-test’ some of the best. Our local butcher is also stocking some very tasty vegie burgers and ‘beyond burger’ brands which the carnivores in our household have to admit they find as tasty as the meat versions.
